Help me out here guys

Improving, that is really what I want to do this year, I guess everyone does, but I noticed that my art didn't really get better or worse throughout the fall, so what I want from you guys is to tell me, I don't care if you give me a two word tip or some paragraph long critique, or link me some tutorials, anything, anatomy, backgrounds, fur, eyes, shading. I'm also gonna need some characters to practice on so anyone who leaves stuff also might some characters of their drawn.
